  "Dear Mr Hitch, We are very disappointed that you did not benefit from your experience at Fairfield Dental. Our staff are highly qualified and caring professionals, most of whom have been with the practice for a long time. We pride ourselves in our level of service and have lovingly taken care of families in Staines and beyond for over 50 years, and do not appreciate, nor will we tolerate, sexist slurs nor threats of bricks through our windows. When a patient hasn't been for a check up in a number of years, they must do so before any treatment is carried out. Finally, we would like to note that walking with a patient to reception after treatment is simple courtesy and customer care. We wish you all best for the future. The Fairfield Dental Team" Brilliant. I completely disagree.. You're not caring professionals, no matter how qualified you may be. You're definitely priding yourself in the wrong areas if you do so on your "level of service", believe me. I hadn't been for a check up in the space of a few months - not years, as I had already been seen by another dental professional as explained. What this really means is "you hadn't given us any money for a while so we tried to take the piss when you returned". P.S. My opinion still remains that your receptionist probably is a militant feminist - Either that or she's just a bit of an old bag in general. AVOID.
